At New Aura, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Product Quality Guarantee All New Aura products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or tampered with upon arrival, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers the following:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Products that have been incorrectly filled or sealed
- Products that do not match their description
Warranty Period Our warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund under this warranty. Please note that our separate 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee still applies for general dissatisfaction — see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
How to Claim To submit a warranty claim, email us at support@trynewaura.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
