Subscription Cancellation Policy
We want to ensure your experience with New Aura is transparent, flexible, and easy to manage. Please review the cancellation terms below for your New Aura subscription.
Subscriptions
By selecting the subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you selected (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).
- Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle, until you cancel or pause your subscription.
- Subscription orders are billed in advance of each shipment.
- To avoid being charged for your next cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
- You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription prior to the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time via the "Manage Your Subscription" link provided in your order confirmation email. If you need help, contact us directly at support@trynewaura.com.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals once they've been processed and shipped. For product issues, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
