Subscription Cancellation Policy
We want to ensure your experience with New Aura is transparent, flexible, and easy to manage. Please review the cancellation terms below for one-time orders, subscriptions, pre-orders, and trial-based purchases.
Standard Orders
If you would like to cancel a one-time purchase, you must submit your request within 3 days of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to cancel the order if it has already entered processing or fulfillment.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@trynewaura.com with your order number.
Subscriptions
By selecting the subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you selected (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).
- Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle, until you cancel or pause your subscription.
- Subscription orders are billed in advance of each shipment.
- You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription prior to the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time via the “Manage Your Subscription” link provided in your order confirmation email. If you need help, contact us directly at support@trynewaura.com.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on subscription renewals once they’ve been processed and shipped. For product issues, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it becomes available. You may be charged a partial deposit or the full amount at the time of purchase, depending on the product.
- You can cancel a pre-order that hasn’t been fulfilled at any time for a full refund.
- If the pre-order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may still qualify for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For certain items, we offer a trial period before payment is finalized.
- Your payment method is authorized at checkout but not charged until after the trial period ends.
- If you return the item within the trial window, no payment will be processed.
- If you do not return the item by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full product price automatically.
